With each iPerformease agreement, Koker Goodwin & Associates consulting staff is there to set up and customize your program to the unique culture of your organization. Training in the fundamental concepts of sound performance management is presented before training begins on iPerformease software.

After the initial software installation and training, we provide continuous phone, "live meeting" webinars and onsite training on demand. Online group refresher sessions are scheduled regularly to keep user skills sharp.

Our training does more than improve the skills of managers and supervisors. It is also designed to let the system administrator focus on core job responsibilities, not explain how to use software. That’s our job.
